Although there was a messup towards the beginning when a 3rd party company (Haste) disconnected my electricity and removed a broken meter, but left me without power. I'm still delighted with the customer service from Octopus to rectify the situation. Great communication by Nuno and excellent fit and repair from Ravindra (hope I spelt that correctly!). Everything was explained to me, including apologies for the disconnection. I lost some food in the freezer/fridge but seeing as the new meter starts from 0 I think is fine.

Excellent dispatch, but mostly the vapes are perfect for me. Lovely taste/flavour and no tobacco. I like the choice of both strength and flavour and so far the disposable vapes have lasted as they describe. This is why I ordered again 😀

No flowers were delivered to my mum on her birthday as per the delivery date.
I had to chase the delivery, and an apology came back quickly saying they were sorry, no reason as to what happened. I was offered a refund or to get the flowers delivered. I asked to resend them as I still wanted my mum to receive her birthday present. Was offered a miserly £2 as compensation. Disgusted with this and won’t ever be using serenata again, as this is not the first time this has happened.
