Impossible to return items

whilst the order process was fine, the goods I received did not fit well and were not the quality in terms of fabric that I would have expected for the price point. I wanted to return the items - the process is very very convoluted and they said they would prefer me not to send them back and offered me a 30% refund instead. I insisted on sending them back but the returns need to go to China so it's costly and takes months. I tracked the package to the address provided but a few months later, it was returned to me. since then I have been emailing the customer service who want me to RESEND back to China at my cost. Terrible process, poor quality good - they really dont have any idea of what customer service actually is. I am actively warning all my friends away from this brand.

They took £300 from me

They took £300 from me : still no order and no response to emails
A month ago i made an order with SDS water sports. The amount was immediately debited from my account but i did not recieve an order confirmation. I have now sent 3 emails that have received no response and of course, i have never received the items. Now i would just like a refund as they owe me over £300. Do not use this site, such a poor level of customer service is inexcusable these days.

i paid for tests totalling £150 and…

i paid for tests totalling £150 and have still not received them 5 days later. no answer from the emails i have sent and no one answers the phone. i have had to pay AGAIN with a different provider. i am shocked that the government is allowing these companies to trade.

despite having sent emails to the customer services as instructed by Biograd, i am still waiting for a reply and still waiting for my tests.... still no one answering the phone either....
