Was expecting the delivery in a couple of days, it turned up the next day! Total result, as it's shorts and I was too hot in the gym in my leggings!

I made an appointment for my daughter and I at the Covent Garden branch on 27th December in the morning. She is a reluctant shopper for bras but needs must etc! We had an appointment with Daisy who was utterly marvellous and put my daughter at ease. Daisy recognised her reluctance and helped her find the styles that suited her size and shape, and was particularly good with understanding where she felt less than her best. I was also fitted by Daisy at the same time, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We came out with five bras and I am so pleased to say that my daughter is wearing them as opposed to the 'trendy' social media brands etc that did her no favours at all! Massive thank you to Daisy and we look forward to coming back in a couple of months time for more.

Review of Kwik Fit
Caterham branch is fabulous, yet again! Just popped in on the off chance they could help me with a noise coming from under the car. Had a look straight away and found what the issue was. Made the car safe for driving away and gave me some good advice on what to do next (not something they can do unfortunately, needs the main Dealer). I've never had bad service from this branch and would highly recommend them.

I dealt with Callum at your Caterham shop; such a friendly chap, really helpful, knew his stuff and no tough sales patter most importantly!
He helped us make an informed decision on a sofa bed, and I was very impressed that we are being loaned a bed until it arrives. Very important in our case as we are hosting family for Christmas and I didn't appreciate the cut off deadline for ordering!
The quality of the bed looks very good. I feel very confident in dealing with Callum and making the next tranche of arrangements.
Dealing with a family owned and run company gives a great deal of confidence and the customer service has been very good so far. I actually work as Head of Customer Care for a national company in a different industry and I was very impressed with the service I received. I didn't realise you were family owned and run until Callum mentioned it; this helped sway our decision to buy from you as this is important to us to support others over the big corporate companies.

Using live chat to understand a situation, Klarna is blaming the store, the store is blaming Klarna.
Live chat is not recorded so I have no transcript with which to refer to the store.
Asked to be transferred to a manager, would not do it.
Asked for the formal complaint procedure and told the specialist team will reply to my complaint within 2 business days through the app, I do not use the app! They also do not know what my complaint consists of so how can they reply to it?
Really poor customer service. I have always had a smooth service before when using them however this has now put me off using them again

I emailed the company after writing this review and then my order was processed and delivered with no problems. A good outcome but needed intervention from me to allay my fears after reading other reviews. I think that this company needs to rethink their communication strategy but on the other hand I did receive what I had paid for in a reasonable time and in good condition. I'm undecided if I would use them again simply because of their poor media perception. A little unfair perhaps but it was a high priced item.
I am finding it very difficult to make contact with you. I placed an order at the weekend and it still says processing, whereas your website says delivery will be within 2 days. I have had confirmation that the invoice has been processed and now this lack of contact, coupled with the poor reviews on here makes me wonder if you are actually a reputable company. Your published telephone number does not work.
Review of MY LITTLE ECO SHOP
Stumbled across this company via a Facebook advert and so glad I did! I determined to shop local and small UK businesses this year. I ordered a shampoo bar and some bamboo make up brushes. The bar is for me and the brushes as a present for my daughter. I've used other brands shampoo bars before which left my hair like straw, but not this one. It feels really soft and clean. The brushes look good quality. The packaging was eco friendly and arrived promptly. I'm so impressed I've ordered one of their monthly boxes and a hair conditioning bar. A great find!
