Great service

Great service, extremely fast delivery and any questions about the product that I have, they are answered within a day of asking…would highly recommend this company to deal with.

No size chart available

I do like the look of the clothing range, however after numerous emails and trying to contact them on social media, it’s impossible to get an answer from them regarding a size guide. All you see is what sizes they have from S to XXL, no measurement chart is available which is a bit stupid as everyone’s body shape is different.
One main reason for not purchasing because if I had bought and there was an issue…who will answer my mails???
You really do need to sort this small but important bit of information for future customers.

Never received one order and second is looking the same

Okay, second order. I thought the first order was just a bad break as I had to get onto them a few times regarding my order. Then when it said it was delivered, I never received it so I thought it might be to the wrong house and the dispatcher got that wrong. Contacted them and they said it was out of their control.
Made a second order as I really wanted to see what the merchandise is like as it does look good….paid the extra for fast delivery 3-5 days….ordered 10 days ago now and still have nothing!!! Made contact and all I get is apologies as it’s sent but no tracking number is showing any details as it hasn’t been scanned yet. Very suspicious about it to be honest. 10 days now and nothing…..be careful folks as they always get back to you but with nothing but an apology. Should have offered me a refund on the fast delivery that I paid for as that never happened, as a start to their apology process. Very annoyed and can’t see me giving it a third chance

Great product and great communication

Great product, the reason for the 5 stars is because when I bought first, they were here extremely fast and were a bit short, but that was my fault. I sent them back to change for a longer leg and they arrived almost a month later…I didn’t mind the wait. Communication with them was excellent and the jeans themselves are extremely comfortable and not too heavy for summer evenings….no problem recommending and will be purchasing again.

Order not processed until a mail sent.

Not going to fault the item as the brand is excellent. But I ordered in November as certain shops online couldn't promise that the delivery would be before Xmas. 3 weeks now and still no sign of my order, touched base with customer care but it took 2 days for them to get back and the order wasn't even processed 10 days after I paid. Disappointed to be honest, don't think I'd order again, just hoping it comes before Xmas
