Les pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. Mal educados, poco profesionales, y ni idea de cómo tratar al cliente. (Servicio Watsap) Estoy súper indignada por un pedido n. 56366935 que realicé el 30 de Junio, que no recibí totalmente y si se me cobró al completo. Les llevo contactando a diario y no tienen respuesta. Es culpa de Seur me dijeron, no es nuestro problema y que nosotros no le podemos indicar más… ¿Perdona? Exijo un reembolso inmediato, ya he esperado bastante.

nice chair but slightly damaged
Overall I’m happy, some of the products weren’t as I expected or they looked bigger or smaller in the photos so I recommend to check the measurements carefully. The chair is lovely and looks very good in the hallway but one leg was slightly damaged, you only can appreciate it from below so I’m ok with it. The cushion is lovely, again I didn’t know was only the cover :)
The experience and customer service was good though.
I will buy from them again.

Amazing service and geat customer service. They were keeping me informed all the time, since the moment the order was placed until arrived at my doorstep. The two fine designer lamps arrived in perfect condition. We were a bit worried about the delivery because the covid but everything was perfect. I'll post some photos once we have them up!
