The product was good value, arrived as advertised. Delivery was from Germany so did take some time.

When the lamp arrived the base was damaged but we had such a job getting it out of the box and putting it together we decided to keep it.

The lady I was dealing with i.e. Natalie was very helpful and having promised to follow up and email did exactly that.

Light fixture is so lovely and it was easily fitted. The only downside was the bulbs suggested to go with the light were far too bright.
