Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I pay for next day delivery through boohoo and unfortunately their courier is Evri. The delivery driver leaves your parcel on the doorstep even when no one is home so anyone can take it. Even better when you are home they don’t even knock!! Never use this courier so unreliable!!!

They say delivery is 3-5 working days I ordered of 2/12/20 and it was only delivered today. Well outside of timescales. Contacted them via chat/email an they make excuses. My last message they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply.
