We had a lovely day at Harewood house. We were very lucky with the weather and had a lovely walk around the gardens. We also booked a 'private apartments' tour which was brilliant. The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We have had fantastic service from Elli C in the Trinity, Leeds branch on our last 2 visits. Yesterday, the branch was particularly busy due to last minute 'back to school' purchasers. Elli was pleasant and obliging whilst remaining unflustered and professional. She is a credit to the company. We will definitely shop there again.

There was a particularly good offer on screws, so I got three boxes of Timco for just over the price of one box of Reissers.

The goods were in stock , competitively priced and arrived on time.

I spoke to Michelle to enquire after a product. She could not have been more helpful with her product knowledge. The store is much improved from the previous Homebase. Michelle is an asset to the store.

The Jet2 staff were excellent as always. A short taxi ride to our hotel in the centre. The hotel staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. 10 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the railway station. Regular trains along the coast. A great holiday.

The fitters were very good. The office had only ordered an electric meter and not a gas meter.

I used the Sheepscar depot in Leeds. I have had several kitchens designed by Richard and the service has been first class. He has been extremely accommodating and nothing has been too much trouble. Hayden, who is in charge of transport and warehousing has also given me a first class service. I would definitely recommend them.
