My first appointment was cancelled as the engineer was on a job which took longer than anticipated. I then re arranged for the following week and the engineer had arrived before I got home from work which was a surprise because I was told that I would get a call an hour before which I did not get. However the engineer was polite and respectful and straight away knew the problem why I was not receiving any signal. Engineer got his office to call me with a quote which was fairly high. I did negotiate the quote. The engineer replaced a new satellite dish which took less than 20 minutes and got it working within minutes.
I would recommend this service but feel the quote was high for the work carried out.

Very pleased with the online service, unfortunately the shoes did not fit and returned them, they were very quick to refund straight away. I would definitely recommend the online service as the instore service was a disappointment as there was only one member of staff to help and took a very long time to be served.
