Satellite Dish Replacement
My first appointment was cancelled as the engineer was on a job which took longer than anticipated. I then re arranged for the following week and the engineer had arrived before I got home from work which was a surprise because I was told that I would get a call an hour before which I did not get. However the engineer was polite and respectful and straight away knew the problem why I was not receiving any signal. Engineer got his office to call me with a quote which was fairly high. I did negotiate the quote. The engineer replaced a new satellite dish which took less than 20 minutes and got it working within minutes.
I would recommend this service but feel the quote was high for the work carried out.
