So this is my 4th review
So this is my 4th review. Still no contact with utilia. Still no reply from message on app from 13th. Had a missed call 7 days ago but I was at work. 450th in que on live chat and after 20 minutes of waiting the operator ended the chat. I am now living in a freezing cold house with a son who has multiple injuries from an accident. I have no money to top up as I have been topping up £100 a week on gas alone. I have now been in touch with my local MP, OFGEM and The Energy Ombudsmen.
