What a shambles of a company. Payed upfront for windscreen, they brought the wrong one. 3 days waiting time they said to get a refund so ring them after 3 days because money isn't in for them to tell me that it will be 3 to 5 days. Ring them again after 5 days and no refund to be told that it hasn't even been processed and now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days. Shocking !!

Absolutely useless company. The children's play area in Brigstock Northamptonshire is so overgrown the children of the village cannot go in there. It was always managed by the local council but has now been taken over by Longhurst. The grass is knee high and the hedges are overgrown with hanging brambles. Local people have been complaining for months to no avail.

Absolute shambles of a company. Would of given 0 stars if I could.
Told I would be waiting 2 hours for car key replacement, no one came, phoned them to be told the man was in Carlisle bearing in mind I was in Northumberland and was then told he would be another 2 hours. Rang them again to ask if the man was still coming to which they told me man still in Carlisle and the would have to cancel and that they would come to ne first thing in the morning, bearing in mind again that I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and had nowhere to stay that night as I am on holiday up here

No product in my local Asda for 5 weeks. My young dog liked the chub product and I was purchasing from Asda, where freshpet have half an aisle there plus a fridge for the fresh meat product. This fridge has been empty for 5 weeks. Spoke with manager in Asda who said it was the freshpet reps responsibility to stock the fridge. Spoke with freshpet who said it was Asdas responsibility. The last time I purchased the product I bought 9 chubs at £5 each and when I got it out of my fridge every chub was out of date.

What went wrong this time?!!!!!!! I will tell you what went wrong. £20 top up saturday, £25 top up yesterday and - £11 on meter so once again no heating, broke and very p####d off. Still no email from the Chief executive in response to the email sent to him by my MP. Email recieved stating please call us in the next 10 days or your complaint will cease, 10 days? give me 10 years to get through. Parasites!!!!!!

Been on utilita website today enquiring as a new customer although I have been with them si ce 2013. Quoted £293 a month for gas and electric. How is this when I am paying £400 a week for gas alone !!!!! And where is the warm home discount? Its now the 28th and still nothing.

So had a call from someone at Utilita on Tuesday i was told that the information i received from them about me being on a high tariff was wrong and that apparently the meter i have estimates your usage over the month, i may be thick but with a pay as you go Meter don't you pay as you go?! Anyway i was told that i would be getting a different meter installed today. Engineer arrived looked at my meter and said he couldn't install new meter because he would have to take some wires out? No phonecall from Utilita explaining what was happening, no nothing. Citizens advise are now on the case. And if you are going to ring me please do so before 11am.
