Such a simple and easy process to purchase insurance. I love how straightforward and clear their website is. I haven't tried claiming yet - hopefully it's just as easy.

Outstanding company

When I originally moved to ii after my share dealer was acquired by them, I wasn't altogether happy. But the more and more I deal with them, the more I absolutely love this company. Just today, I needed some documents from an account I'd inadvertently closed, and the advisor, Zeb, couldn't have been more helpful. He personally, painstakingly and patiently downloaded the documents I needed and sent them to me. I couldn't ask for more from a broker.

Contact renewed for 3rd time for excellent speeds and service

I've just renewed my contract with Airband for the third time. The speeds are superb. The price is good. The service is exceptional. I just spoke to Sarah who renewed my contract speedily and with no fuss. I highly recommend Airband

Clickbait

Such an annoying company. They advertise that their fees are zero, but to find out the exchange rate used you have to go through a full registration process, by which time you find that their exchange rate is quite a bit worse than the midmarket rate, and it's more expensive than Wise. Now I can't close the account without calling them. Wish I hadn't even looked at them.

I really love Starling bank but ...

I really love Starling bank. The app is fabulous and it's all so easy - apart from one thing. They have an unfeasibly low limit (£10,000) on daily debit card payments - which make it an utter inconvenience to move money around. I don't understand why they make it so low. Nationwide's is £100,000. I don't understand why Starling would do this and would love the bank to rethink, otherwise I'm gonna have to go elsewhere.

You can make bank transfers via your Starling app, which has a daily limit of £1,000,000. Again, we're truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Perfect bespoke Botswana safari tour.

Chrizaan from Discover Africa created an amazing tour for me and my Mum, and somehow managed to get us a single room each for most of our stay, at better prices than other operators. My Mum has mobility limitations, and Chrizaan ensured that all of the amazing camps we stayed at would be accessible for her. The staff at the camps were so warm, welcoming and helpful. The flight logistics were seamless. The food was wonderful. I've never seen a better range of animals on any other safari. The guides and the trackers had unbelievable knowledge. I've already recommended Discover Africa to others, and would definitely use them again.

No/low charges; fantastic app

I'm sooooo happy I moved to Starling. The app is such a pleasure to use - so easy and yet it also meets all my banking needs. Starling pays interest on current account balances. And you can spend/withdraw money abroad without fees.
