Very strange experience.

Placed an order only to receive an email shortly after saying it had been refunded.

I reached out today via facebook only to be told my order was rejected and refunded due to not passing their 3rd party checks. They didnt explain what that actually meant and before I could ask they blocked me on facebook.

I sent an email asking the same questions but have not heard back yet.

Honestly quite disappointed both that it didn't go through but also that they cant be bothered to actually speak to me and get it sorted.

They had a great deal on the Milwaukee M12 kit I was after and delivered it the next day. Would definitely use them again!
