I purchased an e-gift card.
I had no email to confirm that the person I was sending it to had received it and I also think it took days to deliver when I thought it should have been almost instant.
Little to no info on website about timings of these things and an email to say when it was received would have been very helpful. As it was the person in question received their birthday gift late.

Very easy to book. Arrived when they said they would. Did the job. No fuss. Very happy.

Customer service was very easy to deal with and very helpful. As there is a 12 month warranty on all goods my faulty rucksack was accepted back for a refund without any issues.

This is a very easy to use website. The flowers arrive “sleeping” in bud and because there’s such a good range of bouquets at different price points it’s easy to find just the right thing to send. Also, as they arrive through the letterbox, it cuts out delivery costs which is great because you can have more flowers for your money. My Mum is always very happy to receive her flowers and she loves that they arrive sleeping.

I am very happy indeed with my order. Product is exceedingly high quality, delivery prompt, driver very nice and helpful.
And the best for last- customer services are such lovely, helpful people who have dealt with all my requirements with friendly ease. So nice to have a personal touch from people who really seem to care about their customers. Thank you!
