The quality of embroiled logos is perfect. The material is good. The customer service rep went out of his way to make sure I got a special delivery so I can enjoy my order for an event. Everything was perfect.

The ordering service was great. Good follow up also. My company info on the pens that I ordered was changed several times. The space is too limited and even when I asked why other companies provide double the size, the answer was: "We only do it this way" Delivery time took longer than promised but at the end, good quality items.
