Maybe the mattress is good but will never know!
Maybe the mattress is good, I guess I'll never know as despite ordering it on the 22nd Sept I'm still waiting for Eve and DX to actually confirm when it would be delivered.
When you order from their site it says, "get your mattress when it suits you with flexible delivery slots", but nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered on the 22nd Sept and got an email on the 23rd Sept saying it was on its way, but no way to know what day or even choose what day? How is that flexible?
I emailed their support the same day to confirm when it would be delivered to ensure I would actually be at home to receive it, and because they were collecting my old mattress so I'd have to get it downstairs ready, and the auto response was "customer services has a 4 day response time!". Skip forward a week and numerous emails later and I finally got confirmation my mattress was coming today, so I've been waiting all day, got my old mattress down ready, and yes correct no mattress, no update from DX or Eve (guess that'll take another 3 days) and I've had to lug the old mattress back upstairs, so thoroughly pee'd off with the very poor service.
I've told them to cancel the order and I'll go order one from someone else, and reading the other reviews left here by people with similar issues clearly I'm not alone.
Update 4th Oct - Thank you for your response, but you seem to have missed the point, I get courier companies are busy (we all are) and I'd be fine if the mattress was delayed, but what I can't stand for is just no option for choosing a delivery date despite your site promising this, and no information on when it would be delivered. Now I've asked to cancel, all of a sudden it's "planned in" for tomorrow, if that was the case then why am I only finding out via your Trustpilot update as still nothing from DX with the supposed two hour slot. But even if I believed it was planned for tomorrow, at what point are you checking that's suitable and I'll be there? I'm not sat at home all day, I'm at work from 7am-6pm so I can't just drop everything when its convenient for you or DX, you should be working with your customers and not expecting them to deal with your lack of planning and poor customer service.
