I would give Sarah Raven 0 if there was an option, the plants I ordered arrived in an appealing state and totally dehydrated . They were snapped and totally dried out and only fit for the compost.
I have emailed Customer Service with my complaint twice, but have not received a response.
I used to totally recommend Sarah Raven but my last delivery was weeks late and this was a totally waste of money.

If I could give no stars I would. Having banked with the Co Op for over 20 years I’m now going elsewhere. Having tried to complete some actions online but failed I had to phone the bank … 5 times I have tried to be told the wait is over 20 minutes, I hung on twice only to be cut off.
Such a shame to see the decline of this bank but if this is how they treat loyal customers there soon won’t be any

From the moment we visited the Sales Office to enquire about the development at Wedmore Grange through to the completion of the purchase of our property, Laura and Kate, Sales Advisors could not have been more professional and supportive.
The day prior to moving in we were hugely disappointed to find that the fencing behind the car ports had not been done and the driveway had not been tarmacked as promised by senior management.
Chris and Dom, Site Managers, were immensely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure fencing and a gate was in place first thing the next day to keep our dogs safe and rearranged schedules so our tarmac was completed that afternoon.
They were both really friendly and immensely helpful and I feel confident that should we have any future possible problem they will do their best to resolve it asap.
The team at Strongvox are fantastic, we highly recommend the developer and we are delighted with our beautiful, superbly finished new home.
