Yelp created a business page for us without permission, then filled it with the details of a completely different company — including their photos, locations, and description. This has caused brand confusion and damage to our trademark.

We have contacted Yelp five times, provided screenshots and clear explanations, yet they continue to ignore the issue or send irrelevant replies. Instead of correcting their own mistake, they refuse to remove the page or even escalate the matter.

This was not user-generated content — Yelp itself created the listing under our name and misrepresented our business. The refusal to fix their own error shows a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for business owners’ rights.

If you value your brand and reputation, avoid Yelp entirely. They will use your name without consent, misrepresent your business, and then refuse to correct their mistakes.

"Free, no sign up" couldn't even run a test without force sign up and payment. Don't advertise push SEO data of free if it's a complete lie.

Don’t write free all over your site and push for login and payment when no aspect is free at all.

Pippit by CapCut - - [ ] The most UNPROFESSIONAL support ive encountered. 10+ audio tracks flagged as “copyright” however I own these tracks and made them. Flagged with support and found I have no inbox on the pippit website so support had no way to contact. Refused to email and said I have to keep following up, told 3-5 business days on day 3,7,10,11,12,13. Up to day 14, asked to provide information 6 times, messages back from support ask again for same information. Asked to upload Audio 6x times and advised website only allows image upload in chat. Told 10+ times 3-5 working days, been 2.5 weeks. Still no information on membership extension or refund as this is 3-5 days (2.5 weeks still nothing).

Horrible customer service pippit by capcut. Audio states copyright matieral on 10+ clips despite owning and creating audio. Lodged with customer service told 1-5 buisness days. 8 days and contacted twice and customer service cant advise status of ticket (NO ticket system), cant advise if membership will be extended, cant assist in any refund. Lodge message and never hear back. 100million dollar company, do better.

Displays free everywere, no pricing guide. Sign up, nothing is free and pricing / credit info is everywhere.

Greedy company. Finally after 9 months of nothing we are told to book and complete out trip before 31st jan 2021 or we will be charged $120 to use our credits.

We can only fly domestically which would cost less than $120 than just buying the ticket outright.
