AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Not even a one star.
They took over an hour to pick up my car from me when I arrived at the airport.
I had to pay parking for both pick up and return.
They returned my car damaged and haven’t replied to any correspondence.

I sold an item and have never received the money. Despite numerous attempts to find out why, they are dismissive and have zero customer service skills, I gave them proof and went through every platform I could but to no avail. Abhorrent treatment and frauds.

Charged a fortune for an Air Freshener service, it's been broke for two months. Tried to cancel to be told we would only be charged £40 less than the contract to keep it for another seven months due to cancellation fee. Don't bother with these!

Unfortunately we have not received any report regarding your unit being out of order since your visit in October until recently. Please rest assured, now that we have been informed we have arranged a repair visit on the units.
