Charged a fortune for an Air Freshener…

Charged a fortune for an Air Freshener service, it's been broke for two months. Tried to cancel to be told we would only be charged £40 less than the contract to keep it for another seven months due to cancellation fee. Don't bother with these!

Hi Alina, I am sorry to read of your dissatisfaction with your contract. Unfortunately we have not received any report regarding your unit being out of order since your visit in October until recently. Please rest assured, now that we have been informed we have arranged a repair visit on the units.
