As expected, standard transaction and the company seems trustworthy. My only issue was not being able to activate the software on-line and therefore rated as 4 stars. I had to make the call to Microsoft and was given 8 sets of 6 characters each to manually enter. The manual entry DID activate the software with no further issues. Other than the extended activation, I've had no issues to this point. 4 & 3/4 stars

I feel this is exactly what our company needed. Key features for us include a wide selection of musical choices, competitive pricing, and a very good PC interface for selecting music and playlist setup. The optional wi-fi or ethernet "cloud box" allows music to stream through your sound system, even without a PC or other interface to drive or power the music. This works very well once it has been set up. Overall, I feel Cloud Cover is great. There are a couple of things that could be improved. The initial setup of the "cloud box" has a clumsy interface that seems like "old" technology - but workable after figuring it out. Second, if you are aiming to be cautious about the music choices, there was at least one of the "G" rated stations with questionable lyrics that had to be removed from our playlist. Not really an issue, but the "cloud box" could be improved with an additional output jack to use with multiple receivers.
