As expected, standard transaction and the company seems trustworthy. My only issue was not being able to activate the software on-line and therefore rated as 4 stars. I had to make the call to Microsoft and was given 8 sets of 6 characters each to manually enter. The manual entry DID activate the software with no further issues. Other than the extended activation, I've had no issues to this point. 4 & 3/4 stars
