Scam company for returns

This company is an Instagram scam. They delivered my items but they were too big and they refused to refund or exchange even though I was well within the return period. It’s like there’s a bot on the other side of the email and they just respond the same response over and over even if you’ve already provided the info

Great for city mums and travels

Baboodle is exactly what modern mums need, especially those of us living in cities. Rented a yo-yo for a period of travel and it couldn’t have been easier, and their customer service was so helpful in changing dates as needed. Renting again for our summer period of travel and I know it’ll be great

Top notch work for US UK wiring conversion

Ben was a delight to work with. He converted three of our US wired lamps into UK wiring. He was efficient and offered a fair price, and I won't hesitate to return to Ben for any future lighting needs. 5 stars for sure!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You'll never get your items.

McGee and co has literally the worst customer service in the WORLD. We ordered a bed in August and were told it would be 5 weeks until delivery. Fast forward to early November, we had waited 12+ weeks for delivery. When the bed was FINALLY delivered, it was missing the sides that held the bed together. It has been another 3 weeks, customer service has not returned our calls or emails and we still have not received the parts. Almost 4 months without a bed is completely unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM MCGEE AND CO - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We truly regret that it was a negative one! At that time, COVID continued to heavily impact our industry. Many of our manufacturers were still experiencing major workforce shortages and unexpected supply chain impacts, from sourcing of the raw materials, to port congestion, and also a shortage of equipment such as containers and chassis as well as limited space available on the vessels. Due to those issues beyond our control, we regretfully saw ETAs shifting to later dates. Luckily, we have seen significant improvements since then, and we hope to regain your confidence in making another purchase with us some day.
