Absolutely appalling experience with…

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. No communication at all for months from Natalie Symons and not even a reply to a letter in which she was asked if she did not want to represent us, please advise. I doubt whether any work at all was carried out on the case concerned.Frankly, i have never experienced anything like this. Disgraceful.

Having used three months supply of Dr Sister’s Younger You which is expensive i have found no significant difference to my skin than when using a cheap moisturizer.

Update on previous review of FedEx

I previously wrote of my bad experience with FedEx trying to charge me a second time for duty I had already paid. I mentioned it was impossible to get hold of them as email and text were ‘no reply’ and the phone just directed me to a form which was basically blinkered with no recourse to discuss a problem. I was amazed three days ago to receive a letter and accompanying demand for the same amount of money for the same goods. I had paid the amount prior to delivery. I phoned again and this time after several minutes an alternative email was given. Hallelujah! I wrote telling them it was annoying and needless to contact me when I had already paid and attached s copy of my successful payment page and their thank you email telling me they had received the money. All I got was automated response and no one has bothered to get back to me to apologise. I am appalled at their incompetence and bad manners.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, I was texted to pay £27.89 on goods I bought from America. I paid and got an email saying payment had been received. Two days later I was sent the same text asking again for the amount I already paid. I responded by text but got an automated reply with a phone number. I rang and tried all the options which ended up directing to online payment. There was no facility to
pursue the problem online. The email I had received from them when I first paid was no reply. Basically I am unable to speak of or communicate the problem to anyone at Fed Ex and am unsure if they will now return my package saying tax has not been paid, despite my having paid it. A total shambles which has made my whole shopping experience a stressful one.
