Incompetent and disappointing, from ingredients completely empty and sealed (honey pot) to missing recipe cards, Gousto has been a second-class experience every step of the way. It’s meant to save you time, but all the ingredients are just thrown in the box together. I spent more time sifting through them matching them to the card than was reasonable. At least with HelloFresh, you grab the presorted brown bag and match it and the protein to the menu card.
I had an unexpected second delivery which had things randomly selected as I thought I paused the subscription, so I cancelled it and deleted my account so they wouldn’t charge me a third time. ONLY TO FIND THE MENU CARDS MISSING when I got my delivery and because my account is gone I don’t even know what the dishes were called.
I phoned support and the lady just stopped responding and the line went dead.
I can’t contact online support because you need an account to even SEE the help page.
I’m just going to give the food to a food bank - this is too much hassle for a product that should have been a time saver, and I’m honestly tempted to request a refund because this is not as expected.
I will not be using this service ever again.

What can I say other than Tempest albeit with some hiccups have actually made my month - we left their Tokyo region after connectivity issues caused some problems at start of 2024, since then they've added Telsta and Google, which should resolve it so I've decided to come back.
On my return James not only got me setup incredibly fast, he also managed to secure me all my old IP's meaning multiple years of favourites from running our Japanese servers previously have been preserved.
I am beyond happy.

Disgusting business.
Booked a flight from UK to CA but accidentally selected wrong month over 3 months away. Went to refund within 30 minutes to rebook the right month. Come to find out even though I've inconvenienced nobody, cost them nothing, they've refused my refund AND CANCELLED THE FLIGHTS. I am now out of pocket and have no flight.
This should be illegal. There should be warnings.

Horrendous company - Ordered to Leeds Delivered to Somerset, no way to update delivery address once an order has been made, won't help by redelivering, recovering, nothing. Useless.
"Unfortunately, once an order is locked within the system, they are booked with the courier on specific delivery routes"
Waited until the very last second on the paypal dispute to reply as they knew I wouldn't see it in time to reply and it would close in their favour, disgusting.

2am on Christmas Night (technically Boxing Day Morning), Amsterdam 1.0 goes offline - I'm half asleep, so our bot calls me to notify me of the downtime. Within 60 seconds of asking if anyone was free - we had a Senior Systems Engineer (Peter) on the case fixing the issue. Within 10 minutes, he'd identified the issue, and within 30, it was fixed.
Excellent turnaround.

I joined Tempest after coming directly from one of their main competitors, the support and service I've recieved here have been absolutely night and day different from what I've been used to. The hardware is excellent, the support is second to none - Obviously Tempest is far more expensive than what I've previously been used to but you get what you pay for with this company. I am absolutely content and I have already made arrangements to move our EU servers over to Path as well as our US servers.

I've been hosting game servers for the past 6 years, I've been with everything from shared to fully dedicated, I've seen all levels of support, and all styles of business. The level of attention to detail from Path has been exceptional. The servers are a higher price than my previous host, but the quality of the network, and the customer support has been well worth the increased price. Rather than sitting in a ticket for days at a time, I can simply message one of the staff members and get support as soon as they're available. The DDoS Protection offered is also next level. I feel like when an attack does occur it is handled faster and better than I've experenced with other hosts, the difference is literally night and day.
