Bought a transport deluxe. Got an email saying that the bag was delayed due to vessel issues. Then heard nothing for weeks and could not get a response from Spiral. Then they shipped with Evri and Evri just kept saying they dont actually have the parcel. So after 35 days, I contacted my bank who returned my money. The bag arrived a day later. I have had it one month & still have never received a response from spiral. Additionally, the bag has broken already after extremely light use. Bags look good but quality and service really poor.

35 days since I placed my order and I still have not received it. A few days after placing the order, they emailed me saying that the vessel carrying the bags is delayed coming into port. 27 days later, the bag showed as dispatched. 7 days later, Evri have no idea where it is.
So between Spiral and Evri, it is just an awful experience. Evri responded at first but now are just saying "sorry, we dont know where it is". Spiral have not once responded to my emails.

Nolte turned out to be an excellent option because it is great quality, great options & ranges but not eye-watering prices!

Vicky (Milton Keynes) was absolutely amazing. She showed us around the showroom in detail and because she was very clued up, she quickly knew what sort of things we would particularly want to see. It was nice to have somebody who was an expert in terms of design and possibilities. Truth be told, after visiting Nolte, I also visited Wren & Howdens who were both far cheaper but there were so many things they couldn't offer. We could have got an OK kitchen from either but Nolte’s offering was the only one which had a wow factor and made the newly extended space really pop!

Vicky patiently revised our design many times, came out to measure and allowed us to leverage some flexibility with delivery as we didnt know exactly when our extension would be finished.

We didn't opt for the project management part of the service but Vicky still helped us out with advice when some of our build measurements were not as we intended.

I will definitely use Nolte again in the near future when we get round to doing other parts of the house (pantry, bar etc). Couldnt recommend Vicky enough!

Had them back out because I changed the kitchen and hallway area which were previously inaccessible. They did a great job again!

Excellent work. Courteous and friendly. Great attention to detail in areas where the people who laid the last floor couldn't quite manage!
