At Homeholly House I can only say that Hayley is an excellent Development Manager. She always goes that extra mile to ensure all the residents are treated with fairness, dignity and respect. She has always undertaken her duties with deligence and keeps the residents updated on all relevent issues/ concerns/ information needed, allowing us to maintain our independence. She is a wealth of information that assist in improving and keeping our home safe, clean and secure. I believe that Firstport will have to search very hard high and low to find another Development Manager with the empathy, friendly but professional disposition of Hayley. It us an honour to have Hayley as the Development Manager of the establishment which is my home and I truly feel that she should be commended for her hard work by firstport.
