Had to purchase a new full face mask
Had to purchase a new full face mask. The purchasing was easy online. The delivery was quick and efficient. But, the mask arrived without the nasal pillow. When I phoned to advise this I was firstly told ‘that’s not possible’ which made me feel as if they thought I was making this up. But quickly I was told that this would be rectified immediately. The replacement item was received very quickly.

Quick turnaround
Quick turnaround. Item was exactly as described. The quality was very good and the price very affordable. The only issue I had was that instruction to put the item together were only available in Chinese. It’s not a difficult build but would have been quicker if the instructions were in English.
