Had to purchase a new full face mask

Had to purchase a new full face mask. The purchasing was easy online. The delivery was quick and efficient. But, the mask arrived without the nasal pillow. When I phoned to advise this I was firstly told ‘that’s not possible’ which made me feel as if they thought I was making this up. But quickly I was told that this would be rectified immediately. The replacement item was received very quickly.
