Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. This order was placed by me from overseas for a special birthday and I had requested a specific day for delivery, which did not happen. I then had to email requesting explanation and eventually got a response with a delivery a day late. Flowers of poor quality compared to what was advertised. Very disappointed customer.
