The broker people are fantastic in dealing with your enquiry in setting up or renewing your policy.
When calling customer service the waiting time could sometimes get to you.
The portal is okay and needs improvement as I had get my documents emailed to me initially after I contacted them.
Overall experince was very good but there are room for improvements to be made.
