I am a hobbyist wood worker and am not very knowledgeable about what woods that I require so when I placed my order on line. I got it wrong. The service desk lady was extremely helpful.
My order arrived on the day that we agreed and on time, the driver was very good and carried my order into my garden (I had recently broken my arm and was frightened to over use it).
Cost was comparable to the big box stores including delivery.

I live in a council property and had to ask if I could change my front door to one that gave more light into our passageway. Once I had the permission to go ahead I contacted Safestyle as they had the relevant insurance and guarantees that were required.
We took advantage of their buy now pay later deal, and were delighted with the speed that door was made and fitted.
The fitter was professional in his work and manner I could not fault anything at all.
If I were not in council property I would have no hesitation with dealing with Safestyle again.
