Stolen trainers from JDSports and stolen shoes from New Look. Ordered trainers and they never arrived, full refund from JD and they still haven’t made it back to JD from 21/08/25. Ordered shoes and they also did not get delivered and were apparently (according to Evri’s email) damaged and discarded. No evidence of said damage provided even though it was requested. In my opinion both pairs of shoes have been stolen. Sort it out Evri.

Water tastes great and system is good, wish I’d bought a 17 cup rather than 12cup! Delivered on time and carefully packaged. Replacement filters are quite expensive so will look for offers. Great bit of kit and water coming out at 00.0 at the moment so that’s great. You can test original water against filtered which is also really helpful.

Expensive and little chance to win in my experience. Odds for winning are unclear and it’s not so easy to find out if you have won. When you rarely do win it’s a voucher to buy more tickets rather than a cash prize, usually worth less than minimum ticket cost, so you’re forking out again, worth bearing in mind. It is for good causes and charities.

Approachable, professional and friendly, they are happy to update us regularly and have supported us through the process with a kind and helpful attitude throughout.

Relatively easy to purchase, more long winded than necessary to check results, that could be easier or automatic. Fingers crossed for a win!

Only 2 items delivered when 3 were ordered. Delivery was late, waited in all day until 6pm no delivery. No apology. No assistance and 'Lottie' in customer service was absolutely useless. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Very very helpful! If you want peace of mind, book them. We had some difficulties with our chain and they were so accommodating and tried so hard to juggle things for us. On packing, they were extremely thorough and helpful. We haven't finished unpacking yet but this company packed so efficiently and were checking everything that was moving with us, they even came to pack on a Sunday! On arrival at our new home they checked where everything was going, to the point where they'd try to place it in the right part of the room. They barely stopped working! Thank you all so much for making a very tough experience run as smoothly as possible. If you book them you can be reassured of a professional and efficient job.
