Polite and professional help

I spoke with Tom and as always he is super helpful, polite and professional on the phone. He answered many of my questions and has been really quick with his responses and helping me with my tax refund. Thanks!

RIFT have been a great help

RIFT have been a great help! I have claimed back money very easily and all staff were really helpful and approachable. Big thanks to Tom Taylor for ensuring my claim was completed, and for persevering and assisting me throughout the process even when I’d forgotten the respond to emails etc. thanks very much ! Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, waited 2 hours outside for an expected delivery, no way of contacting them easily to let them know I was waiting and they didn't show but emailed saying I had missed my delivery. This parcel was for an important day and hermes have let me down massively. Normally great service however really let me down this time. Contacting was very difficult and so was the layout of the website. I wont be using this delivery company again.
