Such an easy process and I've always had friendly and helpful staff. I've gone through rift a few times now and I'd recommend them to anybody. The process was also alot quicker than expected.

Everyone did their part to make things right for me and got refund pity quick thanks good staff communication good delt with superbly .

Quick and easy and only had to answer some questions and they did the rest. Don’t opt to be paid quicker and lose money it states 12 weeks but I and other friends were paid out in around 4-5 weeks
