Useless customer service
Partner called. Previously advised this company that he could speak on behalf of me the account holder.
The lass we spoke to was unhelpful useless and very condescending.
No attempt to help just sorry no thats incorrect I can help you. Even after We were asked 5 bits of data protection and because we couldnt remember if it was registered at our old property or new property, they terminated the call. By law I'm sure you only need to confirm 2 bits of information
I mean what a guess for me to know my partners name number and current address. Which just shows you how ridiculous their "safety measures are" she told my partner that she could only accept answers from me which begs the question of how do you deal with vulnerable people if you won't accept answers from others.
Bad company, stinking attitude from the customer service team. I'd be embarrassed if I hired this lass
