Useless customer service

Partner called. Previously advised this company that he could speak on behalf of me the account holder.

The lass we spoke to was unhelpful useless and very condescending.
No attempt to help just sorry no thats incorrect I can help you. Even after We were asked 5 bits of data protection and because we couldnt remember if it was registered at our old property or new property, they terminated the call. By law I'm sure you only need to confirm 2 bits of information
I mean what a guess for me to know my partners name number and current address. Which just shows you how ridiculous their "safety measures are" she told my partner that she could only accept answers from me which begs the question of how do you deal with vulnerable people if you won't accept answers from others.

Bad company, stinking attitude from the customer service team. I'd be embarrassed if I hired this lass

Still waiting, lost in transit

Brought a book for my dad's birthday, due by tomorrow. Emailed to chase eta as couldn't find order through website and royal mail tracking didn't work. Told lost in transit and that it would need to be replaced.

Pointless spending more money on delivery, prompt reply from customer service but no compensation for the fact that my order will now be late.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your item.

From your order we can see that your order was dispatched on the 5th July on a tracked Royal Mail service, which your tracking information would have been sent to you in your dispatch email. From your order being collected from us by Royal Mail, unfortunately your order has been misplaced and therefore lost in transit, which we do apologise for.

To try and rectify the situation, the Customer Representative has requested an urgent replacement for you and upgraded your delivery method to a next working day courier service to speed up the delivery and to get the order to you as quickly as we can.
