No response from customer service

I booked a fit-to-fly test prior to a trip to Spain, before realising it was unnecessary. I quickly contacted express test to cancel and they were happy to do so. The asked for my details and said a refund would processed. This was some weeks ago and despite numerous emails and contacts via their website, I have received nothing. I hold my hands up for the initial error my part but given the ever changing travel situation I expect this happens often. However I would at least expect some response from express test to explain what, if anything, is happening. I wouldn’t use again based on this experience.

Hi Col,

All we can offer is a refund voucher. Given it's human error, however youre expected to keep up to date with travel restrictions etc before travelling. Please fill in the fit to fly form.
