AVOID AVOID AVOID terrible customer service can’t speak to anyone one the phone send letters saying they are cancelling your insurance and then you hear nothing for weeks and then they say oh no your insurance is ok … and won’t give you a refund.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..

Turned up on Saturday morning when airport road was closed was a nightmare trying to get into park and get to airport BUT I still made my flight the car park team went above and beyond to get me in to terminal … very well done amazing job thank you so much

Great customer service till the point they loaded a extra £1400.00 pounds on top of dealers sale price . Still trying to get deposit back
