I found this extremely beneficial for my little girl. She has ? ASD and showing lots of weird rashes so I done a home allergy test as I’m finding it difficult to get GP assistance. Turns out she is highly intolerant to cows milk. The nutritionist called me who was absolutely phenomenal, so so knowledgeable , advised me on brand changes and even advised me on what supplements for my little one. I feel much more positive after this. Thank you so much

I’m really not impressed with these vitamins. The multivitamin in mango has a strange spicy taste to it. But the real issue is this stuff has stained all of my child’s bottles a nasty yellow tinge and also left orange stains on the fridge and the floor. Really fed up

Honestly we can be so stupid sometimes… I clicked on this for the palmistry profile and then panicked when I saw it had signed me up for a 19 quid a week subscription. This is a scam job-The reviews are all frauds apart from the 1* ones… look at the names of the people reviewing, all in mid August, all only one review. I had to cancel through my bank 🫣

I don’t get all the positive reviews. This is a Chinese company that’s essentially selling stuff for up to 10x the price from temu! Google the shoes they are exactly
The same. I spent 20 quid on a pair of cheap and frankly dangerous shoes for my baby then I see the exact same ones on temu for 1.34! I wanted to send them back but Ofc you have to pay shipping which was quoted as 31
Quid to china. I honestly believe these positive reviews are fakes or clueless. Order them from temu instead

I really enjoy this class with my little one… the lady that runs it -Vicki is really nice, professional and has amazing energy! No idea how she picks up every baby’s name and makes an effort to have a little interaction with them each! Really impressed.. No class has been the same each week and I actually find it more fun than my baby lol…good value for money to I’m really happy I chose this class to do

I was so excited to do swimming with my baby at this place but she really didn’t enjoy it and it’s been a bit of a nightmare actually. Despite being at a school the changing room is dirty and not baby friendly at all. They have some hospital beds at the side for the kids that go there, but other than those, which I wouldn’t want to use anyway to be honest, the sides are so high and it didn’t feel safe at all changing my little one on them who is squirmy and kept rolling all over the place. So trying to organise myself and keep her safe whilst doing so was very difficult and anxiety inducing and I don’t think this changing area is good with that in mind. The lesson itself is extortionate 20 pound for essentially holding your baby in the water for under 30 mins… but they really catch you out on the terms and conditions… if you set up a direct debit you are actually setting up a payment authority agreement and means they can collect the payment even if you cancel the direct debit. I cancelled these lessons as I have only been to half of what I paid and as most importantly down to this unhygienic pool area, my baby caught a terrible virus from here to the point I had to attend a/e. I decided she isn't ready for swimming and cancelled the lessons only to find they took payment for another month after this one. I can understand no refunds for the whole term just gone, but the policy on taking for another month pay is unfair and ridiculous. Babys are unpredictable and this inflexibility coupled with this extremely extortionist attitude to extracting payment from parents is absolutely awful.

I purchased the V3 travel system for my beautiful baby and having been using since her birth 5 months ago. Whilst I was getting on the train unbeknown to me the front wheel just dropped of creating an instability, this then led to the pram flipping over with my baby in it when the train jolted. Luckily she had the safety harness on and was just shocked rather than injured, but I keep thinking about what would have happened had this been on concrete or something. I contacted customer service and managed to get through on whatsap they sent me a wheel that arrived next day (thank you as I was stuck otherwise), but I must say I have absolutely zero confidence in the stability or durability of this pram now, it’s clunky and difficult to manoeuvre as it is but I just don’t trust it after what happened. The wheels are really not secure at all how they are inserted into the pram itself and i just think that for over £400 for a pram, it should be better. I’m not sure if they took what I said about the wheel issue that serious- I had zero indication anything had been up with the pram and it had been assembled properly so I don’t think this is user error. This could really cause a severe accident in the future and a few people have written similar issues also

Also in regards to the reply they posted I have not received any correspondence from them about checking my pram as they have stated in the reply. The concern is for public show really

Really excellent. Easy to perform. Test arrived very quickly. The communication was excellent all the way through. I was able to upgrade to a same day test with no issues also which I thought there would be. I found the whole process very fast, very professional and also really competent which is what you need in situations like this. Jenny was really lovely and excellent too- thank you so much for the help today! Really recommend

I purchased the joie Serena swing on here for my little baby thinking it would be pretty straightforward what a mess! Chased this for 2 weeks thinking it was dhl and turns out Halfords had never even sent it. Trying to speak to someone is useless I literally called in and used the online chat so many times, they obviously outsource their customer service somewhere, which in itself is fine but means they can’t do anything about getting your money back, speaking with these people is a complete waste of time and on the occasions I did they literally cut me of anyway. I was passed around so many incompetent people for days-finally getting an email response from someone asking what date my package arrived- which never arrived Ofc… eventually I went through Klarna who helped get my money back. beyond useless! Also trying to put my review on there… they said they couldn’t post it as it didn’t comply… total s**t

Purchased my nursery furniture set in November, thinking I had got a good deal for Black Friday-which was also rubbish as the price is cheaper now- stated at the time delivery would be due for feb 23rd, which was pushing it fine as it was but thought would give me the time to get everything else ready. Checked the site and saw the date had changed to 23 March which is far too late as baby due 20th March. Never received any coms from them
In regards to this, the online chat is defunct and I had one response to the whatsap where I have contacted multiple times ( no response to the online email option), where they asked if there was an alternate set id prefer, I would have been very happy with this and sent details of what one I’d like-then nil response again. I have contacted them multiple times and honestly they couldn’t give a s**t- they are the most indifferent and useless company I have ever had the misfortune to purchase from. I have started a claim through PayPal as I got one antagonistic response saying I hadn’t paid for the stuff when all my pay in 3 had gone through in dec. if you are stupid enough to buy a big thing from them such as a nursery set do it through pay pal for protection. For a company that supposedly prides themselves on excellent customer service they are beyond awful-quick enough to take your money thou.
