Not like they used to be

I upgraded from the shop to find out when you have sign a contract instore you have no rights whatsoever if you change your mind as they presume you know what your agreeing to. I had advice from friends who did not feel i had the best deal. When i contacted ee and went instore you are locked in and ee apparently can't do anything about it. The rules don't apply if set up online. Online, you have a 14x day cooling off period but his doesn't apply instore. Therefore, going in store has no merit. The phone i was suggested, I didn't realise I could have brought the phone outright which would have been cheaper and apparently ee were not aware of this information about the cost of the phone. Instead, I ended up paying more and I'm stuck in this contract for 18 months. Ee dixnt want to look at the contract and presumed the advisor was correct. Something needs to be done about these phone providers.

Dreadful Service. Rubbish

I wish I could have rated a 0 so had to settle with 1. Absolute rubbish. I ordered a cab and the app showed the driver was around. I messaged the driver and no answer. The driver called a couple of times apparently, and when I answered the call was not connected. I then walked way down the road to find the driver hitched between parked cars. No number plate showing. There was people around and you couldn't tell that was the driver. When I realised and was literally touching the car, the driver drove off and charged me a cancellation fee. I had to rebook. The next driver came and parked where they could be see. I am glad I had friends with me to see this. I am waiting a response from Bolt. I got my response and rubbish, they blamed me and not the driver so no refund. I want be using again.

Lovely quality sofa

I recently brought a Bowie Royal Fern Brushed Linen cotton 3 sester sofa from the sofa.com range at the Croydon House of Fraser branch. I was really impressed with the range and the quality they had and with the customer service. I had a very good deal. Denis was brilliant, and really helpful and I managed to secure my purchase. He called when he said he was going to call for the payment, and for us to collect the sofa. He communicated what we needed to do for collection. Everything was completed quickly. All in all, really happy.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I brought items (thermals) in January as a gift. I brought 2 diffrrent sizes and returned 2 items as 2 were quite big. I haven't received my money back. The concession company used was not a great company.

I can see you have been in contact with us about this, and as no proof of return can be provided by yourself, including a receipt given when posting the parcel or a copy of the label used, the seller will not be able to process a refund on the items you have advised were returned. The seller has confirmed they are not in possession of the parcel and do reserve the right to request evidence of a parcel being sent to them before they can process a refund on the items. It is our customers responsibility to ensure returns are made in line with our returns policy and any proof of postage is kept safe until a refund is received. Rest assured, should the parcel you advised was sent reach the seller, they will ensure a refund is processed on the items for you.

Pleasantly surprised

My first time using the company and really happy. My partner used the glass sucker. Really good and no damage on removal as I have a heavy stone panel, so really heavy and I needed to get to the pipe. It came in a case which was great. My delivery was slightly delayed but no issues as this was communicated, and there was communication for its delivery. Overall, a good service. Thank you.

Happy Buyer and Good Support

JLO was suggested, and I decided to use them.  It was a bit stressful at first getting all information together but once allocated a worker it was much better.

I had Kim initially and she was clear and communicated really well with the differernt stages of the process, and she kept me up-to-date with what she was doing, and with what information she was awaiting from the sellers and she was very responsive to emails. This really helped me to understand the process better with being a first time buyer. Sadly, Kim left close towards the end of the purchase.  My case was transferred to someone else who sadly was not as able to understand the situation to meet my need. I was so pleased and relieved that JLO had then allocated me a replacement.

I then had Nazima, who was excellent to finish off the process.  Nazima stepped in so, so quickly to enable the sale to reach its completion with absolutely no difficulties.  Nazima was extremely helpful, listened and understood the situation, and was clear in communication and got on with the job in hand. 

Nazima and Kim were extremely professional and knew the process so well with their experience which made me feel reassured and confident in their abilities.  I am so grateful to both of them to get me through from start to finish.

Costs i would say were very reasonable, and I would use their services again, seek advice in the future or recommend to others.

Redeemed

I ordered from just eat on Sat 17th October and everything was going well until my order from the restaurant was not correct and they didn't fully have my order, and my money was still deducted. The restaurant said I needed to call just eat to have the refund. When I called just eat they said I need to call the restaurant as they couldn't do it without the restaurant completing what they needed to do from that side and then she hung up the phone which I thought was rude as i was still talking to her and she gave no warning she was goung to do this. When I called back again there was a very nice young man who gave me a lot of time and listened and agreed to refund part payment and then he said he would make direct contact with the restaurant. He saved me giving just eat a bad rating.
