Bad service once they've got your stuff
The collection was fantastic. I don't want to criticise those guys at all. But the company themselves have be unhelpful since then. The website when I booked led me to believe my stuff would be stored in Wandsworth but actually it went to Uxbridge. It turns out they don't have a Wandsworth facility even though it's listed on the website. They say you can log in to the website to view your account but there's often no logging in option and when there is you just get a message saying that page isn't working at the moment. I called and they said they'd call back but didn't. So I called again. They said they 'serve' the area of Wandsworth but don't have a facility there. My stuff is in Uxbridge which wasn't mentioned when I booked. I can only visit it from 9am-4pm on weekdays which is when I work. I suppose I should have thought of that when booking, but it seems like it won't be ideal for a lot of people. I was going to book this week because it's half term so I'm off but it has to be booked 2 days before so I couldn't get a spot. I really would have expected to be able to visit at weekends. So now I'm kind of trapped unable to get to my stuff because it's so far and only available when I'm at work. It took lots of calls to even get the information I have when they tell you it's very easy and you can log on online. Not great given I'm paying £110 per month. I wouldn't recommend. And I can't help but think it's purposely left vague as to where your stuff is ending up and while they don't actually lie and say they have closer facilities when they don't, they definitely imply that.

Review of Print.Inc, powered by Involution
No compensation or help offered on order that arrived a month after it was promised
I believe Print.inc have aquired Awesome Merchandise so here is my latest experience with AM since they are part of print.inc. I've been using Awesome Merchandise for a few years and they've been great. But an order was delayed over a month recently and when I tried to find out how it was progressing I got evasive answers and was responded to by a different person each time. The order was too late for me to send it to my customer so I had to print it elsewhere which cost me more. When I contacted them asking if there was any compensation I got no response until I persisted. I was told they offered no compensation because they considered the order to have arrived correctly, even though it arrived after they had said it would. Also, the email system is frustrating because you may not get a response for days and days, so you email again, then when they finally respond they always mention that the delay is because you emailed again before they responded, and that puts you to the bottom of the email list again. It seems like a sort of passive aggressive system that punishes impatience. Except it's not impatience if you haven't had a response for 4 or 5 days. And they always mention it and blame the delay on that. So you've experienced the thing that was an issue in the first place, the delay in answering, and then they basically say it was your fault. It's not been a great experience. I wouldn't trust them to be prompt or helpful anymore. And it seems like it's all to do with the change to print.inc.

Tyrell, Daron and George - fab
Tyrell, Daron and George were great. Got everything out really fast. Were friendly and upbeat. I forgot one box and they came back for it. They told me any info I needed. They called me in the morning because they could come earlier than my slot and checked if I was ok with that. That was actually better for me and allowed me to get it done earlier. They carried my giant 70s furniture down my awkward stairs in good spirits and were generally lovely. Thanks!
