Surprisingly decent experience

Surprisingly decent experience. Kept waiting for "the catch". However, I was honest with declaring the condition of the car and there were no challenges on collection. I received the revised quote (revised after I declared damage to the alloys) and that figure was paid on collection. The figure I received was far greater than I was offered for part exchange or other well know sites advertised on TV with catchy jingles. The car was collected within 48hrs of agreeing to the sale.

Item didn't arrive

Item didn't arrive. ETA given at time of purchase was 4-6 working days. Chased every week and given the same cut and paste response about a logistics delay. After a month I gave up and raised a dispute with my credit card company.

I'm not a competitor, just a consumer who trusted this company and was let down. My experience was identical to many of the other negative reviews on Trust Pilot.

They even reported my review to Trustpilot to have it taken down. I suspect that they do this with most negative reviews and that their score should be much lower.

Avoid this company.

The airline changed the flight

The airline changed the flight, Kiwi.com didn’t inform us until we were at the airport. The airline showed us proof that they informed Kiwi 14 days before. We ended up waiting around for 10 hours in the airport needlessly. Kiwi.com were zero help when we contacted them.

Looking on other forums, Kiwi.com seem to be one of the most complained about companies.

Avoid.

Zero by way of customer service

Zero by way of customer service. Happy to take your money. No attempt to resolve the situation when things go wrong. It's impossible to talk to someone.

Make sure that you booking using a credit card if you do use See Tickets.

The gig was cancelled and I've only received automated emails asking me to wait. These emails are auto generated after I contact the customer services team after the waiting period has expired.

Refunds should be issued in a reasonable timeframe.
