Refund status on Emirates booking

I get the same standard reply always, Emirates is refunding cancel tickets in 20 days, but clear trips response is the same. Can you share the response from Emirates and my refund trip Id 200903820152. Feel like Cleartrip is going to be the next biggest scam with all the below comments-

72 hours have passed and still no update???

I got an email on 11 October confirming the ticket is cancelled. I am aware of the cancellation charges and fine with the same. I called Emirates and they informed that the ticket is still open and the travel agent has not requested for a refund. I cant believe this!!!. Please process the refund with the applicable cancellation charge which i believe is approx USD100 per person.

Also please can you respond to me directly to my email address on file.
