It’s a nice, spacious cat house and my cat loved it but unfortunately after 2 years in British weather the roof collapsed.

Bought pair kids Ugg boots. After few weeks of wearing shoe hills collapsed and deformed. Contacted Charles Clinkard. Got reply to send shoes back for inspection- postal label attached. After few day got email that they agreed with fault and I can have exchange or refund. I choose refund and had money straight away in my bank account.

Very happy with the cat house. Beautifully made, solid and waterproof. Delivery was fast. We bought it for neighbours’s cat as she is keeping him outside a lot, also during the nights ( we already had 2 nights with frost). Together with thermal blanket and microwave heated pad he is warm, dry and cosy. Very happy
