Fraudsters and Liars.

Sent me a PCN debt collection letter from a PCN that is 5 years old.

1- I have never received or been chased for this PCN in 5 years, despite living at 2 addresses, having my car registered to them, and being on the electoral register.
2- To date have not provided any evidence of the debt despite me asking 3 times now
3- Accused me via email of not having my car registered at my address, which it always has been
4- Have lied and said that Britannia Parking have recently sent them the debt (that's 5 years old) which is BS. If it actually exists, they have clearly bought the debt not from Britannia Parking or why would it take so long to get the PCN.

I am looking forward to reporting them to the FCA, and Ombudsmen.

Companies like this need shutting down. I respect any company chasing legitimate debt, its their job, but these guys are fraudsters.

Constant issues recently with the…

Constant issues recently with the charts not loading and telling me I cant login or place orders.

Thanks for responding Blackbull. As of this morning my platform is disabled. The issues are never ending.

Updated - 11/01. There is not a week that has gone by the last few weeks that I have not had issues. Charts go off for an hour, today I can not login and manage my trades. Every time I contact support they are not avaialble and don't get back to you for 2 days.

Don’t waste your money guys

Don’t waste your money guys. All fake followers that will never interact with your page after the initial one like they give you when they follow you. Totally fake. I’ve been using insta promotions and ads and they are working much better. Their website is misleading and false. They claim that they align you with followers that are real people yet I’ve tried to add back and interact with loads and they never accept me or reply. If you are looking for engagement and sales this 100% will not work for you.

If you want a steady flow of fake followers that never like or interact on your posts then this is the service for you. But why would you waste money for nothing in return but a number at the top of your profile?

Reply to Jessica - haha! My account has not doubled I cancelled your service over a week ago since then I’ve gained over 100 REAL followers. You’re missing my point. YES you have given me followers but they are all FAKE!! You claim to say they are all real organic followers based on your page. You are ripping people off and misleading people.

STOP LYING TO PEOPLE. And to anyone wanting to use up grow- don’t. Use meta ads/insta ads it’s costs a little more but at least you get REAL followers.

If I could give his company 0 stars I…

If I could give his company 0 stars I would. DO NOT EVEN THINK about using them to book your holiday.

They supply you with hotels that they rate as 4-5 star but when you get there they are infact a 2-3 star hotel at best.

I booked a hotel to Turkey with them. During my stay at the hotel I couldn’t use Wi-Fi so I was stuck not being able to communicate with anyone even though I paid £35 for Wi-Fi.

The hotel I stayed in had fights every night involving drunken hotel residents and one was so bad the police were called and CS gas was sprayed at innocent people not involved in the fight. Absolutely shocking.

The room was supposed to be 4 star, it was smaller than most average bathrooms in a 3 bedroom house, the furniture was probably 35 years old. The hotel room quality was 2 star not 4 star as advertised.

The hotel was packed so much you couldn’t even sit in the restaurant or by the pool.

Whilst I respect anyones religion there was a mosque next to the Hotel so as well as drunken Hotel residents keeping everyone up until 1-2am and completely out of control, the prayer call was so loud from the mosque right next to my room, we were woken up at 530am so I had 4hrs sleep for 6 nights and came home crying on the plane as I was physically poorly with exhaustion.

The food was awful at the all inclusive hotel that was supposed to be 4 star so I paid extra money to eat out all the time.

I have complained to Zen Hotels several times all they say is we will get someone senior to contact you and they never do.

This is going on now for almost 6 weeks with no replies other than “we will get someone to contact you”

DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY THROUGH THIS COMPANY. The hotels they supply are awful and they lie about the star/quality of the hotels and their customer service is 0/10! I honesltly felt like a broken woman for a week after I returned from this holiday I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life.

CCJ for a PCN I didn’t know about

Applied a CCJ on me recently for a parking ticket I didn’t even know I had from 3 years ago. I have got legal advice and I am now taking them to court.

UPDATE and Replying to DCB Legals comment 17/03/2023. - No I don’t need to contact you about anything thanks. I didn’t receive any paperwork from the courts about the CCJ. The first I knew about it was me seeing it on my credit file as I was constantly checking it due to a mortgage I was applying for. You have made life difficult for me personally over a £50 parking ticket I didn’t even know about. If I had known about it I would have challenged it at the time, as I was using the facilities associated with the parking ticket and have evidence regarding this on my bank statement. Your communication is poor, I had to chase 4 times to get a copy of the PCN to prove you actually held one against me and was ignored until I pleaded in desperation. You are quick to send out threatening letters and emails but do not actually want to help get an issue resolved.

As you are aware Setfords Law have opened a case against you on my behalf to have this CCJ set aside, and I will leave this with them to deal with now.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Scammers!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY!! Scam company with no real quality procedure so god know what you are putting in your mouth if you buy from these guys.

My instasmile story has been a roller coaster! I would not recommend this company at all!

Quality procedures - diabolical
Client services - diabolical (why can’t we ever call or email to like we can any other business in the UK)
Product - if you want to wait 6 months for product after 3 remakes then please spend your money here!
Procedural - they are supposed to keep your impressions for 12 months for remakes - they don’t they throw them away (tried to get help 6 months after mine were made and they don’t have them anymore going against their own policies) So if you have issues down the line and you have purchased a Warranty you probably won’t get your remake

I am reporting instasmile to Trading standards today and mainstream media magazines and I will be posting my experience and issues on every social media platform and review site as possible today regarding how bad this company are.I want this company to be completely exposed for all the upset and issues they cause to peoples lives.

I ordered a product from Instasmile in…June 2020 - I still don’t have a suitable product!

I ordered a product from Instasmile in June 2020, Its now almost November 2020. They have produced 2 very below standard veneers, and when I complained about them, the reply was they look perfect to me. They may have looked fine but they didnt fit in my mouth and I couldnt close my teeth with them in. They sent me a second pair, they broke after 4 days. I have been emailing and emailing (as you cant call as no one answers the phone) AND NEVER GET A REPLY - and although I have already paid them £600 which is more than the product actually costs they are trying to make me pay another £550 before they continue my order even though the product only costs £499 and they owe me £100 back. They have caused me a huge amount of stress and anxiety. I would not recommend INSTAsmile to any potential future buyers. And I can only hope they resolve my issues or pay me my money back as soon as possible so I can try another company.

It’s extremely disappointing to me that I have to write this. I don’t know what’s changed at your company as I’ve purchased from you 2 years ago and those veneers have been perfect and you kept me well informed.

What ever you have changed please change it back. I hope and only write this comment on here to get some sort of response as I don’t seem to get anywhere with anyone at your offices, and you seem to reply on here to complaints.

Update - 02/11

I’ve spoken to Michelle, she was very helpful and can’t complain about her; but I have been trying to call back about the payment issue but again no replies or calls back.

I am now being asked to pay the full balance before they will continue my order even though I have still in 5 months not received a product of even a reasonable quality. I hope to get a call back today.
