Disgusting Service, no support. I had to do the work for them and was blamed for it!
I placed an order well in advance of a home move, specifically to ensure it would arrive on time. Instead, the item sat in their warehouse for weeks with no update. I had to reach out twice just to get any information — only then did the status finally change.
When they eventually responded, they admitted the item wouldn’t arrive in time. I immediately provided a new delivery address and asked them to update the shipping details accordingly. Despite this, they went ahead and shipped the order to the old address anyway.
The parcel was then handed over to someone I do not know — not a neighbour, not someone I authorised — just a complete stranger at a property I no longer lived in. At no point did the company take responsibility for this failure. Their only response was to ask me to fill out a form and wait, with no guarantee they’d retrieve the item or send a replacement.
So I had to personally go back to the old address and recover the parcel myself. They called this “my choice,” but in reality it was my only option — their process showed no urgency or ownership.
Eventually, after multiple messages, I was offered a £40 voucher. Frankly, for an experience this poor, it should have been a partial refund. I have no intention of ever shopping with them again.
The customer service was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect support — you’ll have to do the legwork yourself.
