Low quality, cheaply made, advertised as expensive at a discount. Ordered polarised sunglasses, they fit my nine year old, but not me, and they're misaligned. Ships from china, no case for the glasses, maybe they weren't misaligned when they were posted?

Reasonable prices, good quality, and delivery was within the timescale expected

I've had issues with delivery before, but the guys that brought this delivery in were great

Ordered B rated oak doors "minor imperfections" thinking "I'll risk it" and expecting to have to do a bit of work to get them up to standard. They're almost pristine. Would absolutely "risk it" again. The delivery lads we ended up with were great, and hefted the doors into a warm dry location for us.

Our oven element failed two days before Christmas. They managed next day delivery, even with everything else going on. Installed, and it's Illuminating how inefficient the old one had gotten, might have to replace the top one too now!

slight problem with the text size in one of my orders, but communication was great despite one of their messages getting lost in my junk mail box they remedied it quickly
