Very bad company.
Treat Staff appallingly, very bullying and toxic office. Now they are part of Culina group i went thru their POS depot in 2024 Agency. Never again!!!
Night staff transport guy there rude condescending, day shift up their own backsides. If that's way Culina going then stay away from them. Better places to work. Managers very arrogant dont want listen. Thought the RAF was bad

Terrible experience. 1x Flt on for a que of 12 trucks. Goods in staff rude.
4hrs to unload.
If Asda think this is efficient n acceptable they are deluding themselves. The depot manager should be sacked for thinking this is acceptable and allowing it.

Found the app to be a waste of time.
It's news is just clickbait often out of our area , the app is full of adverts, the comments on even the most basic of stories are switched off. Even non swearing respectful comments are denied and the find out why button refuses to open.
Overall what used to be an excellent local newspaper is now just a pathetic online rag with poor journalism. The MEN won't even respond on here which tells you everything. Disappointing.

Delivered to their Dordon Distribution Centre. Very slow, not efficient for drivers who incidentally are treated poorly..This company talks b8g but reality is very inefficient

Went to their Port of Salford place last year as agency driving.
Horrible place, transport dept worst. Drivers are bullied into maxing out hours , planning staff very arrogant and rude. If complain seniors will listen then just ignore what you said. Drivers and warehouse staff were very depressed This company talks good but does not deliver or treat its employees well. Definitely would not recommend this place to work

Bad experience. I have top end insurance paying £62 a month
I tried to claim for back pain due a work fall. Supplied drs note but this company did everything to avoid paying out. They talk big in the reviews, adverts but in reality they are not to be trusted. Avoid them.

Reading the reviews has helped.
The product looks substandard.
The adverts on tv are probably the most annoying that go on too long.
Definitely avoiding this product!

Their Stoke distribution center is inefficient, rude, slow to unload and treats drivers appalling.

Very poor company. Ignore the advertisements. Took my details. Advised will get back 2months later still nothing. Try to ring them just get left on hold.
Save yourselves the drama go elsewhere this firm not worth it..

This IT issue . Unable use the app, unable to transfer funds has seriously effected me as a customer. As a large company this IT Issue over 2days is not acceptable for company this size. Barclays has shown contempt and lack of understanding to us customers

The app is next too useless takes forever to load up, the comments on news items are nearly always turned off. Some stories are out of area stories while others are just clickbait. What started as a good newspaper is now just a "rag".

Driver dropped parcel on porch failed to knock parcel left overnight outside wet n damaged.
Unprofessional and getting worse with these "delivery drivers"

Barclays have gone down in their customer service. Closing local branches have effected many (my local is shut Mon, tue, we'd, fri what bloody use is that?) The friendly staff they used to be have disappeared to now grumpy rude individuals ( my local branch two there
struggle to communicate in English well). Overall barclays have gone down to a terrible service level........

Poor service
Yodel are one of the worst in the delivery industry (Iv worked in industry 25yrs).
Drivers are experts at knock and run they dont follow instructions given in the booking they leave parcels on door if lucky. The tracking system very poor with little information. Customer service lines and emails rarely get answered. Call staff rude n not interested. Overall a very poor company. If your ordering a package don't use Yodel.

Too many adverts, poor presenters talking useless unfunny crap, lot of self advertising and odd tune thrown in here an there. Really turned into a disappointing station just not worth tuning in......
