Terrible company
Ordered one pizza last year im now bombarded by spam texts and emails despite me opting out of their marketing that i didnt subscribe to in firstplace.
Staff unhelpful and arrogant when complained.

Worst motorways services in the whole…

Worst motorways services in the whole network.
1. There are NO nightime facilities available to drivers. All food venues shut only thing open is a WH Smith with disgusting over priced sandwiches that you would not let a dog eat big welldone to Welcome Break for looking after the night workers not!!, petrol stations lock their doors at 10pm wont even allow a toilet visit.
2. The state of their premises is disgusting, dirty or closed with truck parks that look like Afghanistan side streets full with pot holes( Burtonwood, Hartshead Moor to name 2).
3. Staff demoralised, rude unfriendly.
This company needs a serious kick up the backside........

DO NOT USE pay at pump with Tesco

DO NOT USE pay at pump with Tesco. They rip you off with 120GBP Then refund the difference for what fuel you paying for. The refund takes 7 days n more. A ridiculous idea by a ridiculous company. If you need fuel pay cash or on card at counter.

DC10 only open to kids coach trips
Trident closed up permanently as falling apart.
Nimrod all closed up.
Long que to get coffee only one poorgirl serving.

Whats happened to this station, wheres the music gone?
Its all adverts and those two self important prats Mayo and Crane waffling on and on talking rubbish enjoying sound of own voices.
Just a crap station now.
Very disapointing. Good to read the other reviews and see im not the only one who thinks this.

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. Communication is shocking, left on hold, if you want to deal with a manager its a schedule call in 3 working days.My car failed its MOT and beyond viable financial repair forcing me to purchase a new car however creditfix's bureaucracy doesnt allow for such an emergency saying it will take up too 35days to authorise a purchase
Despite providing MOT failure noteand all requested paperwork this company does not understand or appreciate the stress this places on individual who just wants to get to work an honour the IVA in place.

Terrible company

Terrible company, terrible food. Used a motorway services on M74 they were closing early sp no one wanted to cook. Managed get a sandwich that was it, opened it and disgusted to be charge 8GBP for something that wouldnt fill a child.

A terrible company to deliver to their distribution centres.
1. Staff arrogant rude
2. Drivers corralled in small waiting rooms unable to sit in trucks despite keys deposited in safety boxes for up too 4hrs
3. Limited if any facilities, remember some drivers driven up to 6hrs to deliver.
A disgrace for a company of this size youd expect better. The drivers are grown trained men yet treated like scum..........

HGV park like an Afghanistan side street with all potholes, food overpriced n closed at night(when you need it), Dont sell lottery, Arrogant managers.

Very bad places to deliver too.
Drivers are grown trained men yet keys taken off us and not allowed to wait in our trucks but couped up in waiting rooms with minimun facilities ( my own record waiting is 5hrs at daventry rdc).
Easy to see why tescos not liked among trucking communities

Very poor services all-over country.
Im hgv driver,Services are overpriced, £4.20 for soggy sandwich i wouldnt feed a dog. Most to all amenities (food places etc) not available thru the night as closed. Coffee machines switched off or being serviced. Fuel overcharged, dirty toilets.. in my job ive used alot of welcome breaks n they are just disgusting with unresponsive bosses not interested

Have been a customer for 20yrs and am…

Have been a customer for 20yrs and am disapointed at the way the company has changed for worse.
1. Staff cold and "arrogant" in approach to customers.
2. Never have my prescription in stock
3. Appointments take 2 to 3weeks then you have to wait upto 30mins past your booking time before seen too.

Definetly taken a turn for worse.

Harassing pain of a company. Daily emails telling me to renew or im at risk. Iv not subscribed to them. Followed the stop emails instructions yet they keep emailing. This sort of harassment daily is bordering on bullying.

A terrible social media site.
1. Timeline feed inundated with spam adverts.
2. If delete ads they reappear often.
3. No customer service
4. Attitude is omnipotent arrogance
5. All customer service requests is ignored
6. Customers put in Facebook jail for sharing pics already on Facebook.

Very poor service not impressed definitely go elsewhere save your energy!

Stay away from this company. Went for a quote , thought it was too high so declined their offer. After that I received 6further calls thru the day pestering me about my quote. Turned into a harassing company definitely not impressed by them they only stopped when I threatened to report them to the relevant authority.

UW has gone downhill very badly certainly on the communication side.
This week iv attempted 5x to call them waiting up to 17min to connect n still no answer. For a professional company of this size its disgusting
their customers are left without contact....
